Create a Permission Group

This guide will walk you through the steps to create a permission group in FlowAgent.

Step-by-Step Instructions​

Step 1: Navigate to Groups​

  1. Log in to your FlowAgent dashboard.

  2. Click "Groups".

Step 2: Create a New Group​

  1. Click "add CREATE".

Step 3: Enter Group Details​

  1. Click the "Giacomo Lindorff" field to enter the group name.

Step 4: Assign Permissions​

  1. Assign the desired permissions for the users in this group.

Step 5: Save the Group​

  1. Click "save SAVE".

Tips​

  • Make sure to review the assigned permissions to ensure they match the intended access level for the group.
  • You can edit or delete the group later if changes are needed.

Common Issues​

  • Permissions Not Applied: Double-check the permissions assigned to the group to ensure they are saved correctly.
  • Group Name Not Saved: Ensure the group name field is filled out properly before saving.
