How to Invite Users

This guide will walk you through the steps to invite new users to your FlowAgent system.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Navigate to Site Settings

  1. Log in to your FlowAgent dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Site settings.

Step 2: Open the User Management Section

  1. Click "Users".

Step 3: Invite a User

  1. Click "INVITE".

  2. Type the email address of the user. This will be used to send the invitation mail.

Step 4: Assign the User to Groups

  1. Assign the user to one or more groups.

Step 5: Send the Invitation

  1. Click "SEND".

Step 6: Confirm the Invitation

  1. The user is invited and you can see the pending invitation from the INVITES tab.

Tips

  • Ensure the email address is correct to avoid delivery issues.
  • You can resend the invitation if the user does not receive it the first time.

Common Issues

  • Invitation Not Received: Check the spam/junk folder of the recipient's email.
  • Incorrect Email Address: Double-check the email address for typos before sending.
