How to Invite Users
This guide will walk you through the steps to invite new users to your FlowAgent system.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to Site Settings
- Log in to your FlowAgent dashboard.
- Navigate to Site settings.
Step 2: Open the User Management Section

Click "Users".
Step 3: Invite a User

Click "INVITE".

Type the email address of the user. This will be used to send the invitation mail.
Step 4: Assign the User to Groups

Assign the user to one or more groups.
Step 5: Send the Invitation

Click "SEND".
Step 6: Confirm the Invitation

The user is invited and you can see the pending invitation from the INVITES tab.
Tips
- Ensure the email address is correct to avoid delivery issues.
- You can resend the invitation if the user does not receive it the first time.
Common Issues
- Invitation Not Received: Check the spam/junk folder of the recipient's email.
- Incorrect Email Address: Double-check the email address for typos before sending.
