How to create a Module Customfield with Multiple Options

This guide will walk you through the steps to create a module customfield with multiple options in FlowAgent.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Navigate to Module Settings

  1. Navigate to Module settings.

Step 2: Open the Customfields Section

  1. Click "Customfields".

Step 3: Create a New Custom Field

  1. Click "add CREATE".

Step 4: Enter Main Properties

  1. Choose a suitable name for the custom field.

  2. Choose a field type that can contain a list of values.

  3. Assign the custom field to one or more module item types.

  4. Click "save".

    Tip: Saving the custom field will show a new component where the available options for the custom field are displayed.

Step 5: Add Multiple Options

  1. Add a name for the options. This will be shown to the user selecting the field.

  2. Assign a color to the list.

  3. Click "groups".

  4. Choose which groups should be able to select the specific option.

  5. After adding all options, press SAVE to finish.

  6. You can assign one of the available options as a default value automatically assigned when an item is created.

  7. Click "SAVE" to finish.
